The Cusco Rally Guard system is a series of Duralumin panels that attach underneath the vehicle, protecting the chassis and suspension components from damage. Duralumin is a strong, hard, lightweight alloy of aluminum, which is widely used in aircraft construction.

Panels range from 2mm to 5mm thick depending on their location under the car, and some will require drilling mounting holes for exact fitment. Although highly recommended for cars that see frequent off-road use such as Rally racing, they can also be used on cars only driven on paved roads for extra protection.
