Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.
- Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.
- Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, hardware, and documentation.
- Custom, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the product and condition of return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@elev8motorsports.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect
Once approved, we'll send return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong part or need a different size or variation, we’re happy to help you exchange it.
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
- The fastest way to get the correct item is to place a new order and return the original.
- We’ll waive the restocking fee for approved exchanges on eligible items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll make it right, fast.
- Include photos of the damage or the wrong item received.
- Do not install or modify the product — installed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
